How we work

Simple terms. Honest scope. No contract gymnastics.

We scope every engagement to the work in front of us. No retainers that quietly grow, no exclusivity, no claim on a business we did not help create.

How we engage

Project, retainer, or partnership.

  • Focused projects

Defined work with a clear start and end. Launches, repositions, growth audits, media kits, sponsorship readiness, and the focused sprints in between.

  • Ongoing support

A standing partnership across the work you do every week. Production, distribution, audience, channel management, and commercial coordination — month over month, terminable for any reason.

  • Aligned partnerships

Where the opportunity warrants it, we will share in the outcome — revenue share, brand partnerships, or similar structures. Only when both sides benefit, always in writing, and only on revenue we actually helped create.

What every engagement makes explicit

Every engagement — project, retainer, or partnership — is documented in writing up front so there is nothing to argue about later. We agree on what we will produce and the standard we will hold it to. We agree on the rhythm and the timeline. We agree on what we will need from the client to do the work well. We agree on fees, payment, and any approved expenses. And in the rare case there is any commercial term — collection authority, remittance, revenue share — it is spelled out, scoped to specific revenue, and capped.

No hidden auto-renewals. No exclusivity on the host or the business. No ownership of the audience, the IP, or the work product. You own everything you walk in with and everything we make together.

How most engagements actually start

A first conversation, usually 30 minutes. We listen for what you are trying to do, what is in the way, and what you have already tried. By the end we either point you to someone better suited to the problem, sketch a focused project that addresses it directly, or propose a retainer if the work is genuinely ongoing.

Most relationships start as a single project. Many turn into ongoing support once both sides have proven the work together. None of that is forced.
